None of the breakfast options is vegan, but they were happy to help me all non-vegan ingredients
TJe's worst smoothies we've ever had. It is only mixed milk with a few cakes of fruit, so it tastes just like milk with a hint of bananas. The staff has no idea what can be vengized or what not, save yourself and your money and head anywhere else!
To be fair, we did not eat there, so this is not an evaluation of food. We wanted to eat here. There was a table with the menu of the day (no labels) and we asked if the vegetarian objects could be veganized or if they could prepare a veggie plate. The staff was not knowledgeable at all and not too enthusiastic about finding out what the kitchen staff could prepare for us.... I expected something different from the city's largest hostel. Every basic comedy in Guatemala creates to prepare an adapted version of plato típico.
Only had breakfast here as where we stayed didn't offer it, but it was super tasty and filling. The avocado toast comes with spinach, strawberries, and chia seeds on top which seemed surprising at first but tasted phenomenal. Staff mentioned their family style dinners always offer a vegan option.
