Everything is fresh and hot and my order is correct

The drink was served without a straw. Additionally, the chicken sandwich and nuggets were overcooked.

The French fries were quite hard, almost as if they had just been reheated in the oil.

I can't believe they forgot the ketchup again! I ordered two chicken sandwiches and used a promo code for an extra free sandwich, but I only received the original two that I ordered.

There's often a wait for the drive-thru, but the service is very quick if you choose to order inside. The managers on duty are friendly and quick to resolve any issues that may come up.
