Delicious! We tried the macarons (fantastic), tres leches cake (rich and creamy), and citron cake (heavenly), all paired with some coffee. We returned the next morning for a croissant breakfast sandwich and more cake. I can’t wait to visit again!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We stopped by for a quick meal at 11 am. My mom ordered three different sandwiches, but they didn't have the necessary ingredients for any of them. In the end, she settled for an egg and cheese sandwich, while I chose the Miel special panini. Unfortunately, her eggs were burnt and lacking flavor. My panini barely had 2 ounces of chicken and instead of the advertised arugula, they used iceberg lettuce. To top it off, they included the stem end of the tomato. The panini was pressed so much that it turned soggy instead of crisp. Additionally, the prices listed on the board didn't match what they actually charged us. Even though we were the only customers there, it took nearly 25 minutes to prepare just two sandwiches. Overall, it was not a good experience. I recommend skipping this place.
When trying to arrange my wedding favors months in advance, I encountered various issues. An employee informed me that if I placed my order early, it could get lost. Consequently, I waited until a month before my wedding to secure my order and finalize pricing. During this time, I had several phone conversations with different staff members; one quoted one price while another quoted a different one. Some employees and the owner’s husband mentioned that I would receive a special deal with my order. However, just two weeks before my wedding, the owner, who prides herself on being a savvy businesswoman, suddenly claimed that this was not true and insinuated that I was unreasonable for expecting a deal. I’m not someone who typically asks for favors or discounts.
I ordered mini desserts for a tea party and was so thrilled with the result that I had to write a review. They were adorable, delicious, and perfectly packaged. They really went above and beyond to make it special, all of our guests were so impressed!
