Caffe Nero - Enfield

A good coffee nearly every time and a pity that there is no savory small cake to go with it. On the plus side Sami our small dog,is allowed to come in.

I went into caffe nero in enfield today and was appalled. The toilet was flooding out into the store with dirty water. This is disgusting. The store should not be open if that is happening. I can’t believe they were still serving food and drink with that going on, even if the area was cordoned off.

The coffee was really good but please be more attentive. I asked for coconut milk and was given normal milk instead, which caused me to have lactose intolerance symptoms all evening bc I’m lactose intolerant!!!

I'm an existing customer. I always like my favourite capuchinoand taste off. I'm left disappointed as it's not the first time mess in that coffee shop. I really like enjoying the environment, but not in that mess how I face it today. I want to relax rest. Not to get more stress. That is what happens when a business doesn't care about reputation and doesn't hire more stuff.

Always go here for a morning coffee before work and I must say, the staff is on point! Shout out to the blonde beauty this morning working alone and doing an amazing job! She's quick, efficient, incredibly friendly and polite and just seems like a beautiful soul. Love this site : x
