Mcdonald's Middleton - England

I visited on Sunday after a walk around Elk Mill and had some questions about the table service. The young man who served us was polite and professional, going above and beyond to assist us. Unfortunately, he wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I can’t share his name. One issue was that the burger my partner received was very cold. When Christ noticed this, he promptly came over and assured us he would take care of it. He quickly replaced it with a fresh, hot burger. Christ also took the time to engage with our kids, who really liked him. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 5 stars is due to the cold burger. Overall, the waiting staff was excellent.

The restaurant is always bustling, and the wait times can be long, especially during busy delivery hours. However, the server I had today was fantastic. I overheard another team member call her Beth, and she is quite young but incredibly professional. She greeted every customer with a smile and apologized for the wait. Her performance was exceptional, and it's clear that McDonald's is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member like her.

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service. I will definitely return soon!

My brother and I got a coffee this morning and enjoyed a tedious and fast service of pleasant staff.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! They firstly sent me burgers with NO MEAT ON!! To make it worse I rang the store and someone answered and it was apparently another customer trying to ring a taxi! I said hello and they put the phone down!!! I've been ringing since and ANO ONE HAS ANSWERED. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD. AWFUL I'D AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.
