Very poor McDonalds. Several visits have pushed me to review. It doesn’t matter if you dine in or use the drive through, service is ridiculously slow. Inside is focused towards the delivery people whilst outside the drive thru spills in to the carpark and occasionally on to the road; it’s always chaos.
Couldn't comment on the food as never got to order any,after spending what seemed like forever in the drive thru queue finally sat patiently waiting to order whilst 4 cars in the next lane ordered proceeded to pay.when I got ignored again and the 5th car started to place it's order it was time to call it a day join the queue to exit,got greeted at the window with £21.45 please for what getting ignored?advised him I hadn't ordered anything as I just plain didn't get asked,he missed the chance to rectify the issue and just mumbled the most half arsed apology,spent my money at the local chippy instead,much better food and service
Ordered a delivery, still not received over an hour later. Keeps saying picking up order and estimated delivery keeps changing
We went after work to the ilkeston macdonlds at 23.45 on the 1st October for a meal and they was shut the drive through was closed they said they were not opening again until one in the morning they said Langley mill was open so drove all the way up ther for the same thing after a 12hours shift i thing its disgusting
