Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Erie

I have mixed feelings about this place. The restaurant looks very neat on the inside and our waiter provided a warm experience. However the food was just okay. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my fiance had ribs and steak combo. His side of corn was extremely salty, literally inedible. My burger was very salty too. Hopefully the kitchen was just having a bad day. We haven't been back since to see if it's any different. They have fair prices though.

This was my first time going here. We got seated immediately, but there definitely wasn 't enough staff to accommodate us, since it took about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. Fortunately we got our food fairly quickly. I visited many other chain restaurants, and the food here doesn 't taste much different. Besides that the food was alright. Our waitress was very nice, but the overall service could 've been better. When it was time to pay we noticed that we were charged $3 for playing games on the kiosk, despite us never even touching the machine. We notified our waitress, and what felt like 20 minutes later, the bill was finally fixed. If the service wasn 't so slow then I would 've given a better rating.

First time to Cheddars in Erie Pa, I was impressed the moment I walked in the door. Stone and wood was comforting and welcoming, but the huge wall fish tank did it for me ! Our server Amanda was friendly and quick with service. The cheddar bites with homemade ranch was wonderful. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich which I enjoyed, but the potato soup was incredibly great ! I would definitely highly recommend this place and will return !!

First time for me at this location. Staff was the friendliest bunch of employees I've been around. Food was perfect for me.My boyfriends steak came out well done, they replaced it with no questions asked.Great experience!!

Cheddars is good. That being said I have yet been able to call it great. Our appetizers came out with our food and well I’m not a fan of that. Not to mention the fried cheese was a bit soggy.
