I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. Initially, the staff was friendly, but everything changed when my property was damaged. Their demeanor turned extremely rude and hurtful, even after I explained that I simply wanted what was right. The items on my wheelchair are custom-made and cannot be easily replaced. One employee, and I use that term loosely, even laughed at me as if cleaning up the mess that caused the damage was too much trouble for her. If you're in a wheelchair, be cautious when visiting; there are staff members there who seem to lack a work ethic. I hope that by sharing this, others will understand that being in a wheelchair doesn’t mean I don’t have feelings and that I just want to be treated fairly.
The cashier was really nice (coudnt see her name tag). Food was good. The other girls were also very nice and polite, too.
It was very busy. We went to the order. Very clean, but the staff looked over and tired. They got our order and although they were exhausted, the staff was polite. The food was good as usual.
We often visit this Burger King, and almost every time something is wrong with the order. During this last visit we ordered a double stallion with cheese and a fish sandwich. There were only 1 Beed-Patty on the double and the Hepper cheese was missing if I didn't payson 50cent per piece I wouldn't disturb at all.
