Sea food has never been my favorite but since everyone keeps talking about how great Lobsters taste I had to try out this place. I took no half measures and went for the Ultimate Feast, which consists of a lobster tail, steamed crab legs, garlic shrimp and a serving of breaded shrimp. At $30 it's quite a lot of food. And I'm not even going to talk about the biscuits much has been spoken about how awesome they are. The waitress sensed my inexperience with sea food and gave pointers on how to eat the crab, which I thought was so nice of her. That's customer service right there. The only thing that I did not like about the entire experience was the Long Island Ice Tea which was very sour for my taste. Overall a brilliant experience. Oh FYI, they have a 19.99 all you can eat shrimp special.

I ordered a meal this last Valentine's Day for picking up on the back because all reasonable delivery slots were taken. Okay, good. I had to wait an hour... I understand, busy night. I sent the text 5 minutes before my meal I was there. I have a text confirmation. Great, 15 minutes. No one came out with my food. I'm trying to call the number on the sign. No one answered. After another 10 minutes I finally went to the restaurant (the exact thing I tried to avoid was to go to the restaurant. Sorry, but my meal wasn't ready yet. 10 minutes later (35 minutes after preparation I was finally going home. We finally set ourselves to eat it an hour after pickup (I live about 10-15 minutes away. The food was tepid or cold, my ordered potato was missing, and the pasta side dish for the Shrimp Trio was stingy- it might be filled a quarter of the container. I'll never go to this Red Robster again. What did I spend $92 for? No replacement offer or even a dessert, just an Oh, I'm sorry we should have called you. !!!!
This was our first visit in a red lobster restaurant. we were very impressed by eating, service and atmosphere. we felt that we had a very good value for the cost! we will return to the future!
