Maru Asian Tapas Lounge - Eugene

I visited Mara before a concert at Matt Knight Arena. The wait was quite long, probably due to the concert crowd. While we were in line, a couple got up from their table and warned us, "Don't waste your time!" This prompted five couples to leave, which actually helped us get seated sooner! Once we were at our table, the waitress was very friendly and efficient. Our order arrived incredibly quickly, and the food was excellent. We tried the sushi sampler and the BBQ Entree Teriyaki Chicken. I’m giving it 4 stars only because of the long wait. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The prices are reasonable, and the food is fantastic. We've never had to wait for a table, and the service is always excellent. It seems they have a few different sushi chefs, as we've noticed some variations in the rolls from one visit to another, but they always deliver a great experience.

The food was outstanding. The portion sizes for the three-choice meal are quite generous. The sushi buffet offers great value for the price.

Easily my favorite Korean restaurant in town. Also, fantastic staff.
