Schmidt's Jiggle's Food Truck - Eupora

Tried Schmidt's Jiggle's for the first time yesterday. It was delicious!!! The Hawaiian Earl Burger was really good. The weather was perfect to just eat on the tailgate so we had staff meeting there. We even hung around long enough that the folks from the food truck treated us to some dessert! Great food, great service!

I got the West Coast Street Tacos today and WOW they are amazing!

The Hawaiian Earl tacos and loaded brownie were AMAZING! Hope they come back to Ackerman soon!

I loved their tacos especially the Hawaiian pork ones, unfortunately their hibachi was kinda disappointing but I will go back for their tacos.

Tried the steak hibachi tonight, and I’m obsessed! I will definitely be going back next time they come to Caledonia!!????
