Scooter's Coffee - Excelsior Springs

First time stopping by today. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I got the pumpkin Caramelicious blended which was great. Also I ordered the everything bagel sandwich which was surprisingly good. Overall I?d recommend this place for the drinks and friendly staff.

Didn't tell me my total didn't give me a receipt. The one lady from the other day has hella attitude. This place is ran by kids who have no sense of good customer service. Y'all also need a flavor menu had no idea what different flavors of lattes I can get I've only been here one other time and it was the lady with attitude. Y'all need to start telling people their total before you run the card maybe they wouldn't like it just a thought. You know reverting back to that good customer service thing which your people seem to lack very much so.

The coffee was good, and the giant chocolate chip cookies were an excellent pairing! Just a cute little drive-thru, easy to get in and out quickly.

Got two blenders, one mocha and one caramel. They were both delicious and had a great coffee flavor. If they don't scan barcode for points loyalty before payment, no way to get points after.

Best coffee hands down! They have rewards now and more locations popping up. I do watch my sugar and there are alot of sugar free options. Son hates coffee but they always have other options for him.
