Domino's Pizza - EXCELSIOR

I 've had ordered from other dominos franchises countless times in the past. And I would say that 95% of those times my order was correct and had no issues whatsoever. I moved to Excelsior a little over a year ago so this particular dominos is the only one I am able to order from. The first time I ordered from them my pizza was cold. The second time, they forgot my 2 liter of soda. The third time, they forgot my dipping sauces. After that I decided to just stop ordering from them. Until tonight. Tonight I decided to give them one last shot. Needless to say, I really wish I hadn 't. It took 53 minutes for my pizza to be delivered even tho I live 1.2 miles away from the restaurant. I actually watched the delivery driver (via the track my order feature on the app) drive past my house to make a delivery that was 6 miles away. I selected contactless delivery and even left instructions for where to leave the pizza.......so naturally when the driver got to my house he didn 't leave the pizza where I asked. Instead he rang the doorbell and also knocked on the door which woke my sleeping infant up. This is not the first time this has happened either. And last but not least, my pizza box was caved in which caused 75% of the toppings to stick to the lid of the box. This is hands down the most inept and horrible pizza place that I have ever used. I 've used this location four times and ALL FOUR TIMES I have had issues with the food or the service. My advice to anyone who is thinking of using this location would be to either find somewhere else to eat or just go hungry instead. Because this place is absolutely worthless!

Been on hold since 1:20 am. Says open till 2 am. Not cool if you ask me. Just want some pizza

I don’t leave reviews really ever but I feel this is important! Well I have ordered here many of times and why I don’t know because everytime I guess I feel it will be better! NOPE gets worse every time tonight obvisously took 2.5 hours to get our pizzas and after that the pizza was uncooked/no good! Tried calling no answer. Very unprofessional and will never order here again and will definitely tell people to do the same very very unhappy.P.s.what the hell is quality check for if you don’t check the pizza for quality What a waste of $50 bucks!!

Under updated management, this team is working hard to improve the previous service. We have had good luck with them a couple of times now and they've been very friendly on pick up orders and delivery has been punctual.

This is the second time they have brought the wrong pizza and they do not answer the phone to make it right. This place needs new management. Clearly the owners don't care about the product being delivered.
