Perfectly cooked cod and batter not too greasy. Chips excellent too. It was all freshly cooked while I waited. Staff very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stop here again and will recommend to friends.

Found this fish and chip shop by chance the day after Boxing Day starving hungry and trawling Plymouth in the car. Only ordered small portions as you often have to chuck the whole lot away in a chip shop but this was exceptional fish and chips fresh fish , crispy batter and lovely crunchy chips with no nasty aftertaste of old fat. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, Plus very lovely helpful staff. Thank you for saving the day!

Poor. Food ok but missing items and phone doesn’t they answered. So you get overcharged, and no refund. Not impressed. Uber don’t care either.

Ordered online for a group of 4 of us as our local was closed, and having been here before knew the food was decent. Partner submitted the order online went to collect. Spent £30 on a variety of meals. On collection, he took the food to the car and checked it, saw one bag of chips was missing. He went inside and asked about the missing bag, and the young girl at the till accused him of taking one bag of chips out in the car and attempting to fraudulently claim another. My partner then offered the staff member to come to the car to see for herself, which was declined. Another member of staff then set things straight issuing another bag of £3 chips without charging again. Got home a curry sauce was missing as well : Overall 5* food with 0* service. And accusing customers of lying without any evidence is offensive and unprofessional.

Ordered online, had to wait 5 minutes when we turned up which was no problem as the food was being cooked fresh. Great portions sizes. Cooked to perfection. Will return next time we are in Exeter.
