Horrible customer service. I’m very shocked since I’ve been ordering from here for years. The new website for ordering obviously has glitches. I ordered as I usually do from Falls Church but it said the Clarendon location was closest and to order there. I was confused but accepted the change. I paid and waited. The Clarendon location called and said the Falls Church location was closest and they would transfer order. Very polite and very kind. The lady at the Falls Church location charged me twice and kept saying that it was my fault and was not listening. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Sad to say this will be the last order I place.
Their steakchz pizza and wings are the best ! Clean place and fast pick up .

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH DELIVERY DRIVER ON 03/22/2020 IN ARLINGTON Female delivery driver whose name starts with H I 've had a great overall experience with stone hot when I was in fairfax and now in Arlington as well. their food is great and delivered mostly on time . Today however I did not have a good experience with the delivery driver, a young girl whose name starts with H. I know her name from the receipt but I will not write it.. she is fairly young, slim and wears glasses and delivers from the Arlington location... the last time she came, she made no effort to find my apartment but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because my complex has two buildings and I told her to meet me at the front the door.... no smile, no courtesy nothing... today march 22nd 2020 I order and she calls me from a Wisconsin number... I am sorry I dont pick up random calls from random states I have no affiliation with because of robocallers and spam calls.... At the time I was on an important call as well. Again she made no effort to come to the apartment herself and kept calling from the front desk. finally the lady who sits at the front desk got a hold of my wife after which I went downstairs and immediately asked this delivery girl if she was calling from a wisconsin number and I apologized for not picking up because of the aforementioned reason. her response was well you picked up last time, and that random caller 's woudlnt repeatedly call ...Um ok? I may have picked up, but I dont remember delivery driver numbers ... I just told her politely that I will not pick up calls from random States period. The other guy who delivers from the same spot has the courtesy to text and deliver at our door. This delivery driver, whose name starts with H, had a serious attitude problem was extremely rude to a regular customer. I just want stone hot to know if I was a first time customer, she was the image of the entire business and I would have never ordered again. I understand it 's a tough job and customers can get frustrating sometimes I 've worked in the food industry for several years so I know ..... but as an adult you need to control your emotions especially to someone who is being polite and apologetic ..... her behaviour has been extremely disappointing both times .... she needs to learn basic etiquettes of customer service or find another job. We still gave her a $10 tip because some part of me still felt bad for her and could empathize to some degree. But in retrospect, I realize she did not deserve a penny simply because of her awful attitude which could potentially be hurtful to the business. I did call and complain to the location the first time I have ever done so the person on the other end was great and handled the situation very professionally! other than that 's Stone Hot is fantastic!
