Pho Lee Hoa Phat 7 - Fairfield

The restaurant was dirty and had fast food-style service. The staff did try to help, but I was disappointed with my order. I received a piece of tough bark and overcooked egg rolls. Unfortunately, I can't give this place any stars.

Kidnapped in the owner's son in this place. I called and ordered five rice plates for my family and me. Son said it was 20 minutes. I drove all the way there from Cordelia, just because he told me they had no more rice plates. I asked him why he didn't call me before and his only apology was that he was busy. He said his father told him 15 minutes ago that there were no more rice plates. If he just called me, it would have saved me a trip and I'm getting angry at him. He should not take an order that he can't fulfill safely. I will never go back here and visit the other places in the nearby cities of Vacaville and Vallejo.

Awesome food, great (and fast service). Price is very reasonable. I asked the person who answered the phone if I can order now coz my blood sugar is getting real low. He said they couldn't do that because quite few people who called sometimes didn't show up. However, since the pork chop takes a while to cook, he took care of my order unbeknownst to me. I was surprised when I showed up. He said oh your order is on table 2. Wow. That's freaking great service.

As someone who frequently visits Vietnamese restaurants, I ordered Vietnamese coffee expecting the traditional way it is served, as shown in their menu. Instead, we received iced coffee in a To-Go cup. It's odd to have To-Go cups when there’s no actual To-Go menu for dining in. Additionally, the grilled pork chops were old, salty, and overcooked. They weren't even grilled; they appeared to be fried, which is quite easy to distinguish when you’ve had real grilled pork chops at other places. To make things worse, the waiter had dark fingernails while serving our food, which feels inappropriate in a restaurant setting. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. It seems they don't care about their service quality. I understand the pandemic has been tough on everyone, but customers are paying for a meal and deserve better. We also work hard to earn a living. There are plenty of dining options out there, and I certainly won't be spending my money here again after being disappointed twice.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I was sitting at a table right across from the checkout and had a clear view of the kitchen. I saw one of the workers blow his nose directly into the sink and garbage can multiple times, and that’s where they wash the dishes! He didn’t use a tissue and didn’t even attempt to wash his hands afterward. I mentioned this to the manager, but he just started talking to the worker in another language. I couldn’t eat after witnessing that and immediately left. Disgusting!
