I ordered a 6 piece chicken strips basket. Very dry fries cooked ok . I only got 3 pieces of chicken strips. I called and basically was told nothing they could do. Very very very upset with this DQ. And talk about very slow service too. And very rude . I will never go back until there's better service.

My daughter and I stopped in to get a cake for her half birthday. We returned 2 days later for the base cake with no effort to make the customizations that we'd requested. We were offered $3 off the price of the cake, which we'd already paid for. We were told there were no available plates/ utensils with which we could eat our cake there. We started to leave, already feeling unwelcome, and were stopped to ask for payment. Upon informing the employee that we'd already paid, we were told that there was no receipt of that.What began as a good experience ended with this disappointing change of review.
