Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI called to make a reservation because we had10 for a birthday, They answered and said, “can you wait” I replied, “yes I can.” 10 minutes later while she visited with Someone. She finally picks up and says, how can I help you, I respond that I’d like to make a reservation, before I could finish why I wanted to reserve , she cut me off and said first come first serve. I then checked time she said we close at 9 in which I responded your website says 10, she said it’s 9 and hung up. Very rude staff!
I highly recommend Firecreek to anyone wanting to have a great steak or BBQ. The staff is friendly and friendly. 5 stars , 6 if I could.
Had dinner on 11/30/18. My wife and I ordered a queen cut prime rib. Service was ok, but the meal was terrible. Beef was over cooked, very dry and tough. The vegetables were not warm and had very little flavor. The quality of this restaurant has really went downhill since name change.
Wonderful our Waitress was wonderful Kara was her name! We will recommend this place to our friends and family thank you so much!
Ordered BBQ pork to go and we were way overcharged. Also got stir fry veggies and they were cold even though we had to wait in the restaurant for the order to finish being made. When called we asked for a big container of just pork and and originally were rung up and given a sandwich sized amount of pork without a bun or side, but were still charged the full amount for a sandwich meal. After correcting this and asking fro more pork since we wanted 1.5 lbs, we were only given another lb and charged an additional $18. The total for our order of 1.5 lbs of pork and a side of stir fry veggies was $36, so they messed up somewhere and the people working at the front swore it was correct and refused to ask anyone else about it. Never going back.
