New York Vinny's Pizza - Federal Way

Wow so far from New York pizza it's not even funny. I just moved to the area and thought it would be a fun treat for me and my son, but I was wrong. The crust was so thin it was falling apart. Update, I asked for a remake, the kid was snotty about it but made another one. And it was even worse. Completely inedible.

So these guys are fast, also got great deals on carryout and huge pizza options at 18 . As far as the pizza, it is good, but could improve a little. A little less grease and a little more crispy on the bottom so the slice doesn't have so much flop and this is easily 5 star pizza.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered an XXL pizza, received a large pizza. Called and talked to someone. He said they ran out of XXL. Still got charged for a XXL. He was like to bad so sad. No compensation or nothing. Where has customer service gone!! It's too bad. The pizza was good but over priced. Especially when you don't get what you paid for.

The customer service was amazing. Whoever the 2 girls were at the register had great attitudes. The pizza was bomb! The sauce had amazing flavor, great toppings, and good cheese. Definitely will be back.

It's edible. We got a 14 pep, lots of grease and it tasted like gas station pizza. It's definitely food.
