Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis is a lovely venue that, despite losing some of its popularity, remains ideal for older visitors looking to sightsee. The coffee and food are excellent, and there's plenty of space with no crowds. It's clean and easy to navigate, with lifts, stairs, and ramps available. Whether in the sun or shade, the setting is perfect for any season. I was surprised to find it so empty, but it made for an exceptionally pleasant experience, with soft music playing in the background, allowing us to converse and enjoy ourselves in this charming atmosphere.
There are some unfair reviews here. I've lived in the Forum on and off since the early 2000s, and I can attest that the piazza has become quite peaceful, which is a blessing for a resident and owner who values their sleep. Norton Street offers a variety of restaurant options, and it's understandable that business owners must make decisions based on profitability in such a competitive landscape. However, I'm seeing a resurgence in business confidence, with new restaurants and cafes renting long-vacant spaces. This shift shows that not everyone wants the hustle and bustle of Norton Street; many people prefer a more relaxed, traditional dining experience. If we support the businesses in the Forum, which also houses our district library and Italian Cultural Centre, we can boost local business confidence and attract even more restaurants. It's important not to criticize business owners who are simply trying to earn income from their properties. The Forum is a gem in the Norton Street area, but it shouldn't be taken for granted.
The architecture of the building is stunning and distinctive, resembling a charming Italian setting. There are pleasant coffee shops, restaurants, and a library nearby, along with contemporary clinics. The area features several shops and has a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for leisurely exploration.
