Dunkin' - Findlay

We waited 45 minutes in line for our drinks, even though there were only about six cars ahead of us. I placed our order using coupons from the mobile app, but they ended up making large drinks instead of mediums, which meant we couldn't use the coupons. The drinks turned out to be watery, as if they had been sitting around for a while, so I'm left confused about what caused the long wait.

I ordered half a dozen donuts through DoorDash, but when they arrived, I had to double-check the receipt because four out of the six donuts were incorrect. I managed to get a refund from DoorDash, but when I tried to call the store to find out if they simply didn't have the ones I wanted, the phone would ring for a few seconds before they hung up. I called a friend afterward to make sure my phone was working, and it was. They just weren’t answering my call. I would recommend going to Tim Hortons instead.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered a large midnight coffee plain, paid for a large, but received a medium loaded with sugar instead. When I asked for them to redo it, they offered me a small as well. I’m sorry, but I have too much to carry for work already—I can't manage two cups of coffee!

After waiting another half-hour at that window, the employee informed us that our order was still being processed due to the high volume of customers. Ultimately, we had to leave without our food to make it to our event, losing our $20 in the process. I've never encountered such poor fast food service before. There seems to be something seriously wrong at this Dunkin'. Additionally, the person who took our order had yellowish hair and a square-shaped face, and I can't tell if he consistently provides terrible service or if he’s dishonest. Either way, this experience was disappointing and frustrating.

The food was below average; it didn't taste hot or fresh. The caramel craze iced coffee was overly sweet compared to other Dunkin' locations I've visited. The hash browns were soggy and greasy as well.
