Il Cantastorie - Firenze

Wedged between two flanks of the tourist-mecca Za Za is quiet, brilliant Il Cantastorie. We had a delicious dinner here, marvelous service and so much quieter than the mob scene just next door! Especially loved the cocktails and the pasta, and stayed for delicious dessert : . I left an unmarked Mercado bag full of merchandise here by mistake and they carefully saved it for me until I returned. These guys are great!!

I had a really good meal!! The gnocchi, the pizza al tartufo e te picci all’amatriciana was amazing! I really recommend!! The bistecca is also a good choise mainly! I really enjoyed!!

Food was average. Portion of risotto was not enough for me. Too small serve. The waiter was very rude. Even took tip from our payment without our permission.

Delicious food, charming atmosphere that wasn't too loud, busy, touristy at all. Wonderful staff all around. And no wait to get in at dinner time. Highly recommend.

I had lunch with my family in this restaurant in the Piazza della Signoria. fantastic location and view! good dishes, Florentines liked very much. Unfortunately, hygiene is not at most, especially with regard to baskets and waiters. the account in the average of fi caretto. Middle-fair waiters.
