Chick-fil-a - Florence

Order the app when we park. We went in to use the toilet room, and it was ready to be picked up. Quick and clean.

This review is for the one inside the mall. It was hard to believe it was a Chick-fil-A. Food was horrible. Nuggies grease soaked, kids wouldn't even touch them. Hope it was just a fluke. Will update if we try again.

The fastest service I have ever had at a fast food resto.. we were still looking for a seat while a lady had our order in her hands... An old nice lady came to our table with nice talk.. The chicken sandwich maybe not the best..but the service is absolutely the best..

Worse dine in experience of any fast food. I?m disappointed in you CFA. We ordered on the app to dine in after a long day of moving, sat down and saw our order coming over with the employee. The employee drops our drink on the floor, and complains ?this is my last minute on the shift.? I watch her clock out and leave the restaurant. I had to ask another employee to get a new drink. The spill was left on the floor the entire time we were eating. I know CFA hires a lot of younger people which is great. But if they don?t know how to be professional and own up to their own mistakes, you?re better off finding other people to work.

Fast Friendly service. Good food. What more could you ask for? The kids LOVED the play area . Very clean! Beautiful, fresh flowers on every table. Update: Upon exiting, one of the managers rudely yelled to a crew member about an incomplete task. I understand correcting things when they happen, but the approach was inappropriate and probably even embarrassing to the young lady. Please approach your staff in a close proximity rather than yelling across the restaurant. Taking away one star!
