Mcdonald's - Florence

We are constantly disappointed by fast food restaurants. It is unlikely that a worker would cut corners on their own, without pressure from management to save money by skimping on portions during order fulfillment. I experienced this tonight. Anyone with experience in the fast food industry knows that upselling is where the profits are made, so cutting corners on portions only decreases the bottom line.

Firstly, I must mention that the lady working the drive-thru tonight was extremely rude. Secondly, how can they serve a happy meal with a puzzle on the box from the window? That's always frustrating. The staff are consistently unfriendly. I will be taking my business to a different McDonald's.

This restaurant is the worst! I have ordered from them three times through Grubhub and either the drinks or the fries are always missing. It's the same when you dine in, the order is always incomplete.

Hamburger was dry and cold! terrible, what happened to the days of a freshly grilled hamburger.

As a mc donalds worker our establishment does good on most occasions but being close to mall rd makes us very busy we usually run the store with 5 people which makes it hard for our store to move fast concidering we're very understaffedSome people don't have proper training and most of us are only 15 and 16 year Olds takeIn to consideration that we're polite and just trying to do our best with the endless amount of orders inside and out of our restaurant thank you
