Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe command of uber isst. ordered a bundle, 2 chicken sandwiches, and the fried mais. the only thing that was right was that huh on my bundle. they put zircon peppers on my pommes with me and asked, we got neither chicken sandwich nor maize. everyone knows how ubereats doesn't like to go for anything that was wrong, all that I wanted was to go the food that was missed even after I paid for delivery and a tipp. I tried to call the load and no one answered after I was waiting for 20 minutes, without a single person responding to say something. I can get a company number because it's ridiculous.
Disgusting! I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing and they had the grace to bite one of my hibanero wings and to bite the atomic wings and put it back in the box. I live 30 minutes away, making this worse. when I asked for a complaint, the manager seemed uneasy. hold the flap.
Place sucking, the long necked kerl w the dreads and the beef stick of a dame w red hair told me my eating would be ready to go in 20 minutes, 30 minutes and I to the restaurant, was not ready for another hour. I have given up my order and returned my money, the whole restaurant needs new management / personal
I had the worst service ever. they have made my order wrong and the manager said I was wrong and they put the right order in the bag. I wanted to wait until others commanded were finished to correct mine. would give 0 stars if I could. what ever happened to the customer service. people like these have no business in a service management position!
HORRIBLE!!!!!! They are beyond terrible and slow with common sense. The girl who took my order complained about me ordering food…dry greeting wrong attitude. After my 30 minute wait just to be told she gave my order away. Looking at me with shocking news face!! I got my money back and left before I snapped on them lazy employee’s. I AM OVER IT!!
