Food was just OK. The service however was non existant. My friend and I felt completely ignored. It felt like the waiter automatically assumed we wouldn't tip so he made absolutely no effort to anticipate our needs or check on us.

I said I wasn't going back!! WELL ITS OFFICIAL I was so disappointed with this cold, more veggies than meat entrée. Yall should be ashamed!! I'M DONE!!!! I got up and left bc I was so furious and the manager was there but I just left. He seemedunbothered anyway????????????????????????????????

Zero stars from me but the manager did remove the bad food items from my ticket. So there?s that. I?m always hesitant to order fajita chicken at Mexican restaurants because I never know what it will taste like. But I ordered the quesadilla and daughtergot the chicken happy plate. Food came out in literally under 5 minutes. The chicken on both plates had that horrible,microwaved smell, which I know all too well. I attempted to taste it, and it tasted like it smelled. Daughter agreed that herswas the same. Except she is more squeamish and was about to throw up. The waiter called for the manager, and he told me thechicken was ?fresh? and had just been grilled. Maybe so, but it was also microwaved. He said it smelled fine to him and ?oursmells were probably just different.? Ok, I?m the paying customer at your establishment consuming something that you tell me is?fresh,? and I?m supposed to just accept this as true? No. I?m genuinely surprised this place has not shut down.

Ordered today from work as soon as they opened. Chicken fajita was ordered without beans (got beans)another kind in order. Ordered a super burrito supposedly stuffed with meat(it wasn?t) pico guac and salad(ordered extra pico n guac(lettuce looked dayold and no guac at all. Everything was lukewarm(we only work a couple minutes away) called to complain and the person answeringthe phone was very nonchalant. I just hung up. Very Disappointed on a order that was over $50

Sweet n low trash piece left behind in my cup of water from previous guest. Flan taste it days old and had a refrigerator taste to it. Not enough seasoning taste on anything. Chips sauce was warm, like it wasn't store at proper temperature. Guy who checkedus out when told about the issues completely dismissed me and proceeded to greet the next guest like he didnt care. He didremove the flan from the bill. Will never return. Go down the road to El Potrillo! Great place, clean establishment, awesomecustomer service and great food.
