Papa Johns - FLUSHING

I ordered delivery from Papa John's. The pizza was decent and still warm when it arrived. I actually prefer their wings over their pizza.

The service was excellent. However, the pizza arrived cold and dry. I had requested contactless delivery due to Covid-19, but they ignored it and called me to come to the car to pick up the order myself. I would not recommend eating pizza from this place. I was looking forward to enjoying it, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing as they served us the incorrect order. Despite notifying them of the mistake, they were unwilling to provide a refund or give us the original order.

When they close 10-15 minutes early all the time, they change their hours to 1230, so people don't try to come in

Terrible customer service. i called and asked questions about delivery time to the manager and he was being very rude and unprofessional. Hangs up on me so I call back and he curses me out. I would never ever order here again
