Employees that are there are friendly. The food is above average for bowling alley. Hannah is a great cook. She makes great catfish and really anything else you want. I am glad they hired her. She has made a big difference in the quality of the food served. The gumbo is great.Restaurant is clean too, which is important to me.

I waited about 20 or so to order a soda and the another couple was ahead of me. We rang the bell several times and no one came up to help us. I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The young man walked over to find out. He came back to tell me that the female had walked out and he was going to have the manager come take the order. When he finally came over he never once apologized for the inconvenience. He just said what did I want to order. I can’t believe this was the manager that had no customers service skills what so ever. After three games the lane shut down. We had unlimited bowling. My boyfriend asked them to turn it back on and the same manager that took my food order was playing on his phone n never turned it on to play more games. We decided to play the arcade games. Again, no customer service skills with this employee either. This was our 3rd time down to Gulf Shores bowling alley. I really hope we go elsewhere next time!!!!

We just hosted our (Alabama Credit Union) fundraiser celebration at Gulf Bowl. It was amazing!!!! Sarah Jane and her team made this entire event seamless for us. We are so grateful for all you did for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

The best food ever!!! Cheeseburger eggrolls were so good!! Love this place and the staff!

So much fun! Clean, friendly staff, family friendly place. Food was pretty good for a bowling alley. Highly recommend place to take family and meet friends.
