I really enjoyed the atmosphere—it's dark and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax on cold, rainy, or winter nights. The bartender was quite knowledgeable about the menu, although not the most personable I've encountered; still, he was friendly enough. We plan to return to this place often. I just wish they opened earlier!
Excellent drinks and a warm, inviting atmosphere! This neighborhood bar is a gem. They have a lovely seating area complete with a fireplace and comfy couches. I savored my Moscow mule while my friends enjoyed their beverages too. It was the perfect spot for our first gathering in Fond Du Lac, and I can't wait to come back and sample their specialty drinks. Looking forward to my next visit!
Fantastic neighborhood bar! Pat is an excellent bartender who knows how to serve up a fantastic beer. He offers a wonderful selection of draft beers and is skilled at crafting any drink you desire. I had an amazing time!
Ironically I went here on St. Patty's Day. It was in the middle of the afternoon and the bar was pretty crowded as the rest of the downtown area was pretty lethargic. Lots of great Irish and Scottish decor around the whole bar. There was sign of different drinks with Guinness...that was pretty cool! One odd thing is they had really small square TVs...not ideal for watching a sports game. I'd like to try it again when it's less hectic to see what else they serve besides a pint of Guinness.
This is absolutley the worst bar I have ever visited. The atmosphere is great, but the service is the worst in the state. The owner, Pat, treats every new (non-regular) customer like a nuisance. I have heard so many complaints from some many different people i have to wonder how he is still in buissness... save yourself the trip. Do not go here...
