Pizza Hut - Food Court Bldg Hickam Afb

I ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms, but when I opened the box, I found that the mushrooms were uncooked. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and they explained that they now use canned mushrooms, which apparently cook differently than fresh ones. I mentioned that the mushrooms on my pizza were clearly not cooked, as the cuts on the pizza went under the mushrooms but didn’t cut through them. They insisted that canned mushrooms sitting in water would change how they cook. What do you think? (I’ve included a picture at the end.) They offered to remake my pizza, but I had to return the one they gave me. My total order came to $85, including a $10 tip, and I ended up waiting over 2 hours for my pizza.

I submitted a complaint on the Pizza Hut website some time ago regarding an extremely disrespectful cashier, but I never received any feedback from them. After that incident, I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut again. Goodbye, my beloved pan crust pizza. From now on, I'll stick to Domino's pan crust.
