Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis Subway is in a gas station. It looks clean inside. Over a miscommunication, this older hispanic lady was rude to my husband. This is the second time. My 10 year old was telling me, mom she keeps glaring at me, she is making me very uncomfortable. This is really not ok to be this way towards a kid. Our youngest, her pizza was burnt. Many drinks were watered down, and something floating in my son 's water. We would of asked to have the pizza redone,but didnt want them to be rude to us again. We understand people have bad days, but we are not coming back to this location.
The woman behind the counter was very rude to us. She kept glaring at my 11 yr old son. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with customer service. Her attitude towards us was unacceptable for anyone. The drink fountain station was all watered down. Even sweat tea was watered down.. over all a bad
Need better customer service for sure. I'm not returning for a 3rd time to recieve a questionable tasting sub and rude attitude sprinkled on top. Why wake up everyday to come to work just to be rude and unpleasant? Then you are not even keeping things fresh either.
TODAY WAS MY LAST TIME I BUY FROM THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION….I HAD BEEN TREATED BAD FOR 3 OTHER PREVIOUS TIMES AND I TRIED TO UNDERSTAND THEM…BUT ALWAYS THE SAME…2 HISPANICS ON THEIR 50’s THEY VERY RUDE WITH BAD MOOD UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS….ONE WAS RISING HER VOICE ON ME…USING OFFENSIVE AND PROFANE WORDS AND OF COURSE I DID IT BACK. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!… THEY FEEL LIKE THE OWNERS THATS WHY THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH ATTITUDE!!!
Fast friendly service.Excellent tasting.Had the ham and cheese on Asian cheese bread.
