Our waitress, Amy, was friendly and provided great assistance. This is definitely a must-visit spot if you're in the area.
However, when I received the bill, it had both Proseccos and my dinner on one check. I asked Indira to separate the charges so I could pay for the third Prosecco separately. She insisted that I had consumed four Proseccos and became confrontational and aggressive. After I explained that I had only had two Proseccos and ordered a third, she mentioned security camera footage but eventually agreed to remove the Prosecco charges. I paid for the food, but left the extra (third) Prosecco behind. I spoke to management at the Sonesta, who apologized but did not take any action to rectify the situation. Please be aware that all tips are included in the final bill, so you do not accidentally double tip.
After reading numerous positive reviews, I was eager to try this restaurant. However, despite the delicious food, I was disappointed by the poor customer service. It took 10 minutes for the waitress (a young black lady with a long ponytail) to acknowledge me, and she failed to refill my water or bring the paper napkins I had requested. I ended up having to ask someone else for assistance. Additionally, I waited over thirty minutes for my food, and the waitress did not apologize for the delay or check on me during that time.
Absolutely delicious. If you come definitely try the avocado hummus and tropical pancakes! #chefsdeal
Outdoor seating, traffic is very loud. Bit slow to the table but great service once the server arrived. Then lost her at the end again, might have been the chef waiting on tables.
