Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTerrible location. No sense of urgency. Employees are clueless. No guidance from management. Obviously a corporate store because customers don’t seem to matter. Manager (Aaron? let me sit at the window for five minutes without even acknowledging I was there. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. You can get faster service from the DMV.
Active manager on duty was very rude and had an attitude working the register. I thought it was me at first but immediately observed the same treatment to the very next person behind me next in line, which the elderly lady asked him why he had such an attitude, he hissed his teeth and tossed change in her hand and walked away. In addition yelling at his employees in a very demeaning manner.
They refused to take my order in the drive through and told me to come back another day. They were too busy. Only 3 cars in line.
Place was clean but took so long to get the food and also I got charged twice on my order. Will not be coming
After working unusual 14 hour day my Wife and I were just slap wore out. Even though we hate eating out that late because most fast food places serve old food that's been under a heat lamp most of the night we stopped at this particular Burger King. Not only were we treated politely in the drive thru by the young lady but our food was all made fresh. We ate the onion rings and fries on the way home in the car, So they were delicious and hot, But when we got home our burgers were still hot and just tasted so good! I will be calling the day manager and giving his night staff a great review such as this one. I only wish more people would take more pride in their work such as these people did! I Definitely recommend this Burger King and will return!!!
