We pressed on until we got phone service and Glenda got us in a day early even though there was a large caravan there that day. The park itself was average overall. Utilities were OK and included limited cable. Stations were from Detroit and Vancouver! The museum next door was a treat as well. Top it all off with a 22 flavors ice cream parlor on site.
This was our 2nd stay at this RV park. I don’t know how we managed it, but somehow we got the BEST Class A spot for the night. The park was PACKED! We were right across from the restaurant and had a nice grassy side spot. The 1st time we stayed here we didn’t like our spot as much, but luck was on our side this time. I really like the gift shop and the restaurant was also very busy. I’m glad we gave this place another try.
I had a good experience, had a back in site which was reasonably level. It was unfortunate there were so many mosquitoes, I am very tolerant to the little buggers but I couldn't sit out an enjoy the nice space. This is the only reason for a 4 star rating. Maybe they could spray along the edge of the trees which would help. They do have nice facilities including a restaurant and saloon. I would recommend this campground.
Excellent RV stop off for the Alaska HW. Great facilities friendly staff and a first class restaurant serving well priced, good portioned food. The triple G burger I had rated as one of the best burgers I have ever had, great combo
Atmosphere was awesome! Sitting on saddles at the bar, lots of stuffed dead things staring down at you. And our waitress Darby was exceptional. And she took my teasing in stride. Food was great and plenty of it. I had the chicken parm while the better half had the chicken and avocado sandwich with mega fries. Come hungry!
