Pepito's Cafe - Fort Stockton

A few years ago I wouldn't have left 5 stars.. not even 3. Pepito's has come a long ways. The food has always been good and it appears the staff has improved over the past few years. The asado and chili verde are awesome and my go too every time. My past few visits have been a great experience morning and evening time which is saying a lot compared to what else is available in town and across the street.

Traveling thru and we love Mexican food, this is the place for us this time and next. Friendly employees also make all the difference.

The food was ok but very expensive they charged me $8 extra for meat on quesadilla that was already supposed to come with meat for $9.99 and they didn’t tell me they had already charged gratitude and I left them more tip

The brisket burrito smothered in red sauce is wonderful, and the rice was seasoned perfectly. The service is among the best in the area!

Wasn’t happy at all with service, my order was delivered wrong and server was to busy setting at table talking and playing on her phone to check back with me 45 minutes later I just gave up and asked for check, Adriana knew I wasn’t pleased but still didn’t ask me if she could correct my order just wanted payment. I will be visiting with the owner.
