The fried appetizers had been sitting for a bit Ithink, they weren't fresh out of hot grease for sure and the fried chicken was dry and tough, all together its a good place toeat.
I have lived in Fort Worth for over 7 years and somehow this amazing buffet has escaped my notice. My first time there was absolutely amazing. There are so many choices on the buffet and the price is incredibly reasonable. I could not sampleeverything on the buffet so I must go back. This is a definite must for anyone who likes international cuisine. And it is notover the top spicy for those who do not tolerate too much heat.

As usual I only rate it if worth 5stars Maharaja is a family owned mom and pop great Indian restaurant with friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend the lunch buffet, yum!
