Food is delicious but they need to fix the A/C it’s sooooo hot inside it’s uncomfortable

Horrible service at the Gran plaza location, chicken, rice and beans not flavor. Also the restroom smells really bad. I going back to POLLO REGIO cross the road. Owner or supervisor needs to put more attention at this new location if you need good business. Sorry for this comment but hopefully help for better food and service.Food: 1/5

The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is really clean and pretty, first time there and the customer service was great I was indesieve if to get tacos or a torta and the girl helped me choose ?Food: 5/5

Went here for the first time today, and honestly would not go back . I didn’t even get to order anything when I got there they said they didn’t have rice or chips and barley had chicken so what was the point in ordering. First impressions mean a lot to me so never going there again. I don’t recommend. Cashier was super rude too.
