Today, the staff was rude. they just stood there and wouldn't answer how much a water was and then, when I asked if I could get a cup, they just cried the price to me and I had to pay over $3 for something water.
Rude. to buy a drink, was ignored by the girl behind the register. she then pulled her feet, who help others, and then took another customer before me. the guy behind the counter took a customer behind me before he recognized me. he gave the guy a free drink while I waited to buy mine. these people don't care about customer service, and they don't seem to care about their employees playing favorite games. I went out and no one, not even the manager who was on the side that led her mouth, seemed to care that she lost a sale
They were super packed line almost out of the door, so more people than 2 employees could handle. they had run out of deeds completely out of sway. but the employees treated it like a champion. these women need an increase in salary.
Located next to a train station, we informed the staff upon arrival that we were on a tight schedule to catch our train. Despite there being a line of 6 people ahead of us waiting to order, someone went to the back to "make bread" which delayed our service. We ended up spending $36 on our meal and encountered unhelpful attitudes from the staff. Overall, we had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We advise Amtrak passengers to avoid this place as they do not seem to prioritize or value your business.
