Sweet Catherine's - Fountain Inn

I visited this restaurant with a friend today, and we had a wonderful experience. It's clearly a local favorite, and it was quite busy, so I recommend arriving early. I ordered The Basic Burger along with Fried Green Tomatoes as my side, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a generous portion of four slices. My friend chose The Bacon and Swiss Burger with Broccoli Salad, and she was equally satisfied. We’re both excited to return and explore more items on the menu; everything looks delicious!

We had an excellent experience for our bridesmaids' luncheon and wedding cakes! The staff was wonderfully accommodating, the food was fantastic, and everyone raved about the cakes at our reception. Plus, it’s all conveniently located in Fountain Inn! We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after wanting to try it for a long time. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, but I settled on 4. The fried green tomatoes were fantastic—everything about that dish just worked. The pimento cheese burger was also great; the bread was nicely toasted, the meat was well-seasoned, and the pimento cheese added a delicious touch. However, I tried the Ricky Bobby and was disappointed. It was surprisingly bland. Given the variety of flavors I expected, I was hoping for something much different. I could hardly taste the sauce, and the roast beef got lost in the mix. That was my only complaint, but we will definitely return to explore more of their menu.

I've been trying to get into Sweet Catherine's for a year but could never make it due to their limited hours. Today, I had the day off and decided to meet a friend for lunch. I looked up vegetarian options for my friend and immediately thought Sweet Catherine's would be the perfect choice. The wait was definitely worth it! I ordered a shrimp poboy for myself, and it was so delicious that I ended up getting one to go as well. It was packed with shrimp – I counted at least 13 on that little sandwich! The restaurant is small but charming, and they have a wide menu. The staff were friendly, and it seemed pretty busy, which is always a good sign. I can't wait to bring my family back. If you find yourself in downtown Fountain Inn and see the open sign, be sure to stop in and enjoy some amazing food at Sweet Catherine's!

The service was excellent. The restaurant has a gorgeous design and a wonderful ambiance. The food was delivered incredibly quickly. The flavors were delightful, and the price was very reasonable considering the generous portions I received. I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend this place.
