Was told the all American club I could not get the double cheese as advertise by adding pickles to the sandwich or I would have to be charged for the bacon and cheese. This is indicative of poor training and/or management. I also had to ask and was not informed until I brought it up, in which the sandwich artist then stated that. This location has a high turnover of employees and it always seems employees are not interested in providing a good experience. They are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. Drove a mile off the ride on a ride trip just to wait at the drive through for 3-5 minutes with no one responding to us. Just a guy saying one moment in a stern voice when we asked if there's was anyone there. After that nothing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
