I had not eaten at Arby's in over a year or so. But I went in the other day and I honestly wished I had not. Like there is carpet almost everywhere except where u order and pickup your food. But yes seeing all that carpet made it feel like it was dirty inside. I honestly hope they update the inside soon

Bought 2 Large Jamicha Shakes and I noticed that there's something different with the way they look. There was NO Chocolate look about and NO Chocolate drizzle on top. Looked like a plain vanilla shake. The manager on shift assured me that is was MADE RIGHT. So I went home and looked up the picture on your website, load behold the shake was NOT made right. So I called 5o talk5to her. She was very rude as she continued to say she made it right. When I mention the Chocolate drizzle, then she tells me they're out of product. Now I m a manager as well at a restaurant and as a manager it is our duty to make customers happy and not to treat rudely. At this point I wanted a refund, because the Chocolate is part drink that the taste. She raise her voice at me, refused my needs, and the hung up on me. This uncalled for over 2 $8.00 Large Jamicha Shakes!!!
