Ching Asian Bistro In Frankl - Franklin

Food is great, customer service lacking. We tried to go there for lunch and even though the place was completely empty, they wouldn’t let us bring our stroller in. Our daughter has a long list of severe food allergies so unfortunately we weren’t able to stay since we’re only comfortable with her staying in the stroller.

My husband and I have been eating here for years. We stopped today for lunch. We couldn't believe how bad the food was today. The soup was barely warm. Should have ask them to microwave it.. Almost room temp and tasted old. The chicken dish was overcooked. Chicken was too dry to eat with no flavor. What has happened to this place? We noticed at lunch, we were the only people in the eatery. That should have been a sign. I noticed the owners hanging around in the booth and didn't do the cooking. I guess they are going through the motions of keeping it open and really don't care any more. After the disappointing lunch, we will never be back. Such a waste of money today.

We usually order a combination of sushi and dinner dishes. The food is great and VERY consistent. The latter is always important to me.

Horrible. Chicken had no sauce, just dry chicken nuggets.

Fast efficient service and take out. The vegetable wonton soup for two is fabulous. Food is always nice and hot.
