I absolutely love this store I live very close to it and as a professional baker I can highly recommend them. They have a huge selection of equipment and tools that help with all things baking wise. The staff is friendly and helpful and I just love the store and will be coming for many years!!!

So very disappointed in them today. I 'm a regular who has attended classes, purchased items and referred people in the past but today was disappointed in their customer service. I patiently waited in line for my turn to inquire on 6x6x4 cake boxes since its not self serve and indicated if need boxes to ask a Sweet Life Sweety . The girl behind the counter asked me what I needed and I inquired and asked her to show me what I required. As she was coming out from behind the counter another customer comes and asks for caramel color to die the merengue. Instead of advising yes we have that and Ill be right with you she proceeded to attend to him and show him the available options as I was left waiting once again. As I waited and observed as she was taking her time I finally politely advised I was next which she simply stated I know and continued to help him. I proceeded to leave. The older I get I find that the skill of customer service is not a skill point anymore.

Amazing place really nice people has for cake and cupcakes and it is a very close and a convenient place to get cake needs
