Chili's Grill Bar - Frederick

We dined in for lunch and both the food and the service were great! Our food came out quickly and was just as we ordered it. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

We visited this restaurant twice since I wrote my last review, and the previous visit was not great, and we couldn't wait to get out as two screaming children sit behind us. I went back yesterday, because my birthday visit had a good impression for one dessert and after the move in jordans section, it was a much better experience. she was prompt, friendly and brought our drinks, chips and salsa almost instantly. where we first sat, the server stood over the room and not even approached us five minutes or so, and when she took our drinks and food orders, she got us nothing that was unacceptable. our escaped also came out quickly, and jordan checked us at least twice afterwards to make sure we were well looked after. it really makes a difference when they have a big server that takes care of what she does. she also brought me all the containers and bags I needed for my rest. I get two meals out of my order when we go there, which is good. jordan could not have been better, and it seems so easy to make the experience of a customer great. we make sure we sit in their section each time.

Stopped for dinner, the woman ordered an salate and I ordered a middle steak. the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, everything was really good. our server was eric and he was in front of place, the kitchen got our food shortly after it was done because it was hot. the place was clean and the price was reasonable, I would recommend this place.

Solid chili’s. our service was friendly and helpful. the whole food was as expected, with taking out the chicken sandwich that would have used a little more time in the friier, it was cooked by, but only barely . our drinks and apps first came exaggerated, then the others a few minutes later; the same for apps, so that was a little funky, but not a big thing.

Eating was very good. they have changed the 2 for 25 to 3 for me. we ordered two items that were a sirloin. at the end we saw additional price for suppe and drinks and the sirloin was separated. I asked and the young said the sirloin is not in the 3 option for me. but it was clear on their menu. I felt this was cheating, and they should let us know before they order. very unsatisfactory. only give three stars because eating was good
