Were on the return journey from Chemnitz and since it was already around 20:30, we decided to eat dinner on the way. We were the first. Young, dynamic hosts, very hospitable, open-minded and open for fun, simply a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the inn. Food excellent, nicely arranged, very plentiful portions, good price-performance ratio. We recommend the Gasthof Hop Blossom and will definitely come over again.

Very nice ambience with a cozy little beer garden for summer days. From the acceptance of the reservation to the on-site service extremely courteous and friendly. Not only the delicious food conjures a smile in the face, but also the fun sayings of the staff that make the stay even more pleasant. An absolute recommendation and enrichment for the area!

Was with my mother on her birthday in the hop blossom. The restaurant was completely full on Saturdays. The waiter was very friendly and also made one and other spits with us. As in ancient times, there were raspberry showers and some experimental, cucumber lemon lemonade. Both very tasty and sometimes something extraordinary on the map. The deer roast and the steak au four (it is different, but I couldn't remember the name) were excellent. Great is also the possibility to order a smaller portion and to pay only 80% of the regular portion. Especially for seniors a great offer. We're definitely coming back.
