Acquista Trattoria Pizza Pasta

We ordered a pizza and it took over an hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally did, it was ice cold. After waiting for an hour, I called to check on our order and was promised that it would arrive hot. When I called back to complain and ask for a credit, I was told that we needed to return the cold pizza to receive it. I won't be ordering from them again, nor will I be dining in the restaurant.

The food at the restaurant was quite good for Italian cuisine. I ordered the prosciutto pizza and prosciutto pasta, but I customized the pasta by removing the prosciutto and adding chicken, which was very flavorful. The portion of chicken was generous as well. The drinks we had were enjoyable, including some strawberry puréed beverages (I can't recall the exact name), lemoncillo, a few margaritas, and tequila shots, all of which were delicious. The calamari was excellent, and I appreciated the complimentary bread and olives that came with the meal. The bruschetta was decent in flavor, but there were too many cherry tomatoes on top, making it a bit messy to eat. The chicken Parmesan was outstanding, and the cannolis were fantastic and delightful. The only downside was that they were a bit on the pricey side, but overall, it was a great experience.

The food is delicious, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices for both children and adults. The servers are fantastic, providing excellent service. The decor is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very kid-friendly.

The food was fine, the service was terrible. They seemed so understaffed for a Saturday night, only three waiters for a packed restaurant. We were constantly over looked, I just left the money on the table because no one brought us the check for 25minutes , after they kept saying over and over they were going to get it. I would go back if it wasn?t for the slow andunorganized service.

Consistently a good meal with friendly service. This is a gem on Union Turnpike. Whether the risotto special or gnocchi standby, all are well prepared and delicious
