Jack In The Box - Fresno

Omg, the lunchtime at drive thru was not what I expected. the manager corrected my order, but I had waited in 100f heat.

Everytime we come into town stop at this Jack in the Box....our order takes forever. It's just for 2 not a big order. But always takes forever to get our order. We have to go park in front so they can bring it to us. But this time, a few days ago, there were 3 cars also waiting for their food. Really? 4 vehicles total waiting for their orders. And it wasn't as if they were busy. Maybe a couple customers in doors. That's it. What's up with this place? And when we did finally get our order it wasn't correct. We were missing part of our order. Really? Very unsatisfied customer with this Jack in the Box.

Not liking how the order gets messed up EVERYTIME I can't have Mayo and I specifically said no Mayo it gets me sick and they insist on double the amount like I bought that for nothing and alot of the times this happens to me in multiple locations this one not as bad but the location on shaw between West and marks is BAAAAD

I wish there was a less than one star I give. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. I walked in to order but the people in the fback totally ignored the front counter. There was an employee that was coming in and out of the back cleaning but he totally ignored me. This is not the first time I've experienced this attitude at this store. COVID is no excuse for rudeness. I left and went to Wendy' s where I got great customer service. Very disappointed.

The lines on this jack in the box are never long, that is, they never move fast. it always seems like they're so close, but that's still gonna take a long time. on the bright side this jack in the box has not yet made my order wrong, so at least that is a more positive. I recommend going here if they only see one or two cars in the line.
