Goodfella's Brick Oven Pies - Frisco

They are understaffed, which is totally understandable in this day in age. The management needs to update the times it will take for an order to be ready when placing orders online. I placed an online order and it was stated to be ready by 7:18. When i arrived at that time, they hadn't started any of the pizzas. I don't mind having to wait longer, but the timeframe needs to be more realistic when placing orders online. That's a management problem. The staff that are here are working hard but running in circles. For the love of god, come help them on Friday nights management/ownership. Due to the staff being so busy, the tables are dirty and chairs are kind of facing different directions. Decor is nice.

The service at this restaurant has vastly improved since the previous owner. They are generous with the cheese and toppings on their pizzas, making it a favorite spot for us.

One of my neighborhood favorites. They aren't great with customized toppings, so get a tried and true Smokin Goodfellas *chef's kiss*.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered three different pizzas and was not impressed. One of the pizzas had basil on it, which was placed in the oven and ended up tasting burnt. The dough was decent, but the burnt flavor ruined it. I suspect this was because the oven wasn't clean. The wings were also disappointing, tasting like something you could get from Pizza Hut. Overall, it was not a good meal.

Stopped by to give there pizza a try They open at 4:00 pm we walk d in at 4:20 and stood there for a few looking at the menu then proceeded to order and although the guy behind the counter was running around he let us stand there and look at the menu and wait for him to take our order! He says ooo the ovens are not at temperature to make pizza yet it's going to be another 45 minutes or so is that ok! Needless to say we left! If you open at 4:00 how about getting there at 3:00 to turn the ovens on (or) how about just tell people you don't open tell 5:00 and we would not have to waste our time driving to your shop! I can't recommend this place because I never got to try it!
