Logan's Roadhouse - Fultondale

Went with my wife and daughter and where do I start. Initially we were assigned one of the mini booths for two people when there were 3 of us. The person seating us quickly caught the mistake though and got us a nicer booth. Then there was the actual service. Our waiter also had a table of 11 nearby that I assume he figured would give us a bigger tip so we didn’t get much service at all. About the time we got our food we asked for a refill as our drinks were empty but they never came… about 20 minutes later I got tired of trying to eat with no drink and had to go to the restroom and get water from the sink, about the time I was on my second glass of that our drinks got refilled. Then we waited for the check, which took longer than it did to actually sit down, get our food, and eat. I suppose if you’re going as a large group it’s great, but I don’t recommend going otherwise to this location.

We normally have no issues. This time my husband's steak was overcooked and my salmon and rice were dry. Not pleased with this visit.

Lexi waited on us and did outstanding! We both had the Wednesday special of a 6oz. Sirloin with 2 side for $12.99 and the Spin (Spinach) Dip. The spinach dip was great and the sides were great, but the steaks were a bit gamey (medium-well). Overall four out of five stars.

Service is not good here. Took a long time before we were waited on after being seated. Food came out and we had no silverware. My salad never came out at all and the bread was served at the same time as the main meal. Food is good. Nothing special. A little high for the portion size. Also, they must be extremely understaffed. Lots of tables open but we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table.

Had to ask 4 times to complete our order. No gravy, no steak sauce, no sweet tea. We actually had to go find someone, anyone to give us what we ordered. Will not be back anytime soon.
