Blake's Lotaburger - Gallup

Placed an order for two got order ticket at 11:54?.it?s is a completely dysfunctional operation behind the counter?our number was never called over the loudspeaker and we waited for over 35 minutes before finally receiving our order which by the way was wrong?this is not the 5-star experience and service that is being touted by the owners.

The ladies working 6/26/22 from 8a-9a that made my burritos THANK YOU best Blake?s burrito I?ve had in a looooong time!!!!! Keep up the good work cashier super nice as well ????

The young shift manager was so kind to get my burger fixed, I made an online order and I picked it up on the right time. But my meal usually are warm enough to eat but this time at this location it was so cold, my fries stayed in the warmer for more than 30mins and I didn?t want to cause anymore headaches because it was 15mins before closing, so I left it and just my burger remade because I can?t be paying an extra $1 for a extra patty and cheese, so I had to get it remade :,

My experience has always been better since my last review... the burgers are still small compared to what they were earlier, but the taste has not suffered... the appearance is much better and... still not 5 stars, but always better...

Lotta combo with green chili was delicious. The Pepsi topped it off. it wasn't all flat and fries were fresh.
